LIMITED LIFETIME PRODUCT WARRANTY

Your vinyl products are warranted against defects in the materials as long as the original purchaser owns the property upon which the product is installed, 25 years for commercial installations. Our warranty includes coverage for peeling, rot, blistering, splitting, rusting, flaking and corroding when subject to use under normal conditions. This warranty is not transferable.

If materials or workmanship are found to be defective Finyl Vinyl will, at its sole discretion, either replace the defective unit. Costs related to removal, installation and labor of any kind associated with a claim under this warranty are specifically excluded. In addition, we will not be held responsible for loss of use or other damages associated with the claim.

Finyl Vinyl Warranty does not cover damage caused by faulty installation or failure to follow patio kit assembly instructions. Warranty is voided if the customer cuts, routers or alters the structure in any way. Our warranty is non-transferable and does not cover failure or defects caused by damage from misuse, impact, fire, flood, wind or other acts of God, settling or shearing caused by earth movement, damage caused by painting or application of any foreign coating, failure to properly maintain the structure, damage caused by normal weathering, mildew, acid rain, harmful chemicals, or surface discoloration caused by pollutants in the air. Damage due to inappropriate storage; misuse; exposure to damaging solvents or direct impact is not covered by the warranty.

Damage caused by fire; earthquakes; exposure to caustic chemicals or caustic environments; shifting earth or exposure to unnatural weathering processes is likewise not covered by the warranty. Recovery for consequential or incidental damage is excluded. In the unlikely event that you will ever have to file a claim, we will access your information using your name and address.

To make a claim, simply notify us in writing within 15 days of noticing the defect, and provide proof of purchase and photos of the damage. Describe the problem you are having and provide the name and address of the installing contractor if there was one.

To activate your warranty, fill out the registration form included with your structure within 10 days of receipt and return it to us.

The provisions of this warranty shall constitute the entire liability of Finyl Vinyl. Finyl Vinyl disclaims any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.

The sum total of all oral or written warranties are contained herein. Finyl Vinyl Inc. makes no other warranties as to the serviceability of its products and the extent of its liability. The purchasers remedy is limited to repair or refund at Finyl Vinyl's option. This exclusion may not apply in some states.
